Our scope of work includes Wooden Flooring (Decking) the details are as follows: 1) Total Area to be covered about 1200 – 1300 Sq. Meter 2) The Areas to be covered are External (Swimming Pool surroundings, Terraces for Restaurants and Sun Bathing Area). 3) The Areas are surrounded by Landscaping, Swimming Pools and Water Features 4) The location of the project is in a Island where we have Extreme Weather in terms of Heat and Humidity We request you to submit your offer for the supply of the same and take into consideration the following notes: 1) The materials to be proposed to be of very High Quality, please submit 2 Alternatives. 2) The materials to Stand the Weather conditions 3) The materials to be easy to install and maintain 4) We have to give to the client 3 years warranty 5) The original sizes proposed are 100 mm x 20 mm, you may propose your nearest Standard sizes 6) Please advise the fixing details and advise which is better either to raise the floor by wood sub-structure or to be laid directly on the concrete surface. 7) Please advise full details, specifications of the materials in terms of Wood Specifications, Treatment and finishes. 8) Please advise if you supply Wood Steps for the same proposed material to be used in the same project.
